Ordering Process

At Asmaa’s Luxury Gifts, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s how you can place an order with us:

  1. Browse Our Products: Browse our selection of personalised gifts, including custom balloons, luxury gift boxes, and more. Each item on our site includes detailed descriptions to help you choose the perfect gift.
  2. Add to Cart: Once you have selected your desired product, simply click on “Add to Cart”. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  3. Checkout: When you’re ready, click on the shopping cart icon to review your items. Provide your delivery details and select your preferred payment method. We accept various payment methods to make your transaction easy and secure.
  4. Confirmation: After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you’ve created an account, you can also track the status of your order directly on our website.

Collection Only

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Asmaa’s Luxury Gifts. If you wish to return an item, please read our return policy carefully:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: You can return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, we can only accept returns for non-custom items.
  2. Return Process:
    • Contact us by email at info@asmaasluxurygifts.co.uk or via WhatsApp at 07868547273 within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges for returned items. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the order) by contacting info@asmaasluxurygifts.co.uk or via WhatsApp at 07868547273. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by offering a replacement or a full refund.

Custom and Personalised Items

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless they are damaged or defective. If you encounter any issues with your personalised item, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a solution.
